My background is in Psychology, with a specialised Msc in Forensic Mental Health, I have recently completed my PhD exploring how Autistic individuals experience Seclusion and Restraint practices in UK mental health hospitals. I have many years of experience in leadership, and team management, that have developed my personality and strong work ethic. I have worked with over people from over 45 different cultures. By having this cultural knowledge and experience I feel I am able to understand people from all walks of life and adapt to their needs. My passion for Mental wellbeing, Equality and Diversity runs through everything I do. I am a confident, vibrant and caring individual who enjoys the challenge of new tasks. I describe myself as dedicated, professional and an easy person to get along with. I am an advocate and follower of a person-centred coaching and counselling approach, which works with the individual in a collaborative way.
